Job description
Your Role as a Caregiver
As a caregiver at Happyhomecare, you will provide personalized care directly in the clients’ home environment. Each client has unique needs, but your typical responsibilities will include:

Assisting with daily activities (e.g. dressing, bathing, meal preparation)

Providing companionship and emotional support

Monitoring prescribed medication use

Helping with mobility around the home

Communicating with the client’s family and healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality, coordinated care
Most of our caregiving positions are located in the southern Netherlands, as well as the Utrecht and Amsterdam areas. Work is organized in 6-week rotations, offering a healthy balance between active service and time to rest at home.
We also reimburse travel expenses to the Netherlands up to €300, so you won’t face any additional costs.
Rewards and Benefits
Our daily pay starts at €90 and can increase depending on the complexity of care, the client’s health condition, and your skillset. Our compensation system is designed to be fair – taking into account your professional education, language skills, and years of experience. We believe that high-quality care deserves high-quality pay.
